Job description

ACQUISITION ANALYST / PROJECT CONTROLLER HOTEL REAL ESTATE

In short

We are about to launch a new and radically sustainable hotel concept: The Usual. It will be a purpose-led, pan-European chain designed for sustainability, comfort, and affordability. At this early stage we have four hotels to rebrand and several more in the final phase of purchase. Our first hotel will open early 2023. For our head office in The Hague we are looking for an Acquisition Analyst/Project controller to support our current projects from their acquisition phase, all the way down to the final handover to our operational teams. Are you willing and able to take full control over this crucial part of our operation?

Who we are

We are the world’s first hotel chain that won’t treat this planet like a hotel. We believe that travel should leave a positive impact on both planet and people. Our solution-oriented group of optimists is committed to offering conscious city trips that empower our guests, our colleagues and the locals to do good, every step of the way. We are here to make conscious travel accessible to all and inspire others to join our journey. Together we can make travel a force for good.

During development and construction, you will monitor and report on budgets, costs and timing.

The role will involve occasional travel.
