The Role
As an Advisor Technical & Sustainable Building Installations (M/E/P), you will be responsible for shaping the technical aspects of our buildings with a focus on sustainability. You will be involved in the acquisition process, assess TDDs, and assist in the engineering of our hotel refurbishments. You will also serve as a sounding board for our technical and ESG team, offering your in-depth knowledge of energy, hot water, ventilation, cooling, and all aspects of sustainability, including relevant labels such as Breeam, Leed, EU taxonomy, and ESG.

Requirements

  • In-depth technical knowledge of building installation technology and sustainability
  • Proficiency in the field of energy, hot water, ventilation, cooling, and sustainability labels
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
